UBI banca contratto ok per le good bank

Sottoscritto il contratto per l’acquisto del 100% del capitale di Nuova Banca delle Marche,

Nuova Banca dell’Etruria e del Lazio e Nuova Cassa di Risparmio di Chieti

18 gennaio 2017 – UBI Banca informa che in data odierna è stato sottoscritto il contratto di

compravendita per l’acquisto del 100% del capitale di Nuova Banca delle Marche, Nuova Banca

dell’Etruria e del Lazio e Nuova Cassa di Risparmio di Chieti conseguente all’offerta presentata da UBI

Banca lo scorso 11 gennaio. Termini e condizioni dell’operazione sono già stati illustrati nel

comunicato del 12 gennaio u.s.. Il perfezionamento dell’operazione è indicativamente atteso nel primo

semestre 2017, una volta soddisfatte le necessarie condizioni e ottenute le autorizzazioni prescritte.

18 January 2017 – UBI Banca informs that the contract for the purchase of 100% of the share capital of

Nuova Banca delle Marche, Nuova Banca dell’Etruria e del Lazio and Nuova Cassa di Risparmio di

Chieti was signed today, following the offer presented by UBI Banca on the 11th of January 2017.

Terms and conditions of the transaction are reported in the press release dated 12th January 2017. The

closing of the transaction is indicatively expected in the first of half of 2017, once the necessary

conditions have been satisfied and the required authorisations obtained.
